GP Earnings

The practice operates using NHS funding, in a financially transparent, stable and sustainable way. This ensures that we consistently deliver the highest level of care possible to all of our patients. 

All GP practices are required to declare the mean earnings (e.g. average pay) for GPs working to deliver NHS services to patients at each practice.

The average pay for GPs working in Riverbrook Medical Centre in the last financial year to 31 March 2022 was £97,708 before tax and national Insurance. This is for 3 full time GPs and 1 part time GP and 4 locum GP who worked in the practice for more than six months
